Your Animal Experience Bookings...
Please bear with us - Although we are re-opening from 12th April 2021, we are awaiting further information and guidance and will be able to give you more information when we receive it.
Due to the Government update on 05.01.21 we have once again remained closed from 5th January until 12th April 2021. This means that we have also had to postpone all animal experience bookings.
We appreciate that you were looking forward to to your animal experience(s) which unfortunately has been unable to take place due to COVID-19.
Your experience(s) will be re-scheduled in line with our terms and conditions and these experiences will begin to take place once the situation improves, and advice from relevant authorities and our vets say that it is safe to do so.
Experiences running from 12th March.
The majority of our outside experiences will be running from 12th March 2021. This does not include an experience that includes lemurs, small monkeys or porcupines. We anticipate these experiences will begin to be run from 17.05.21
Animal Experiences falling in the March closure:
All animal experiences that were booked (a date was booked) from 23.03.20 - 17.07.20 can be re-booked, and have an extra 4 months added to compensate for the time we were closed.
All vouchers that were valid during this time, but not booked are valid for an extra 4 months to cover the closure period. For example, if you bought an experience on 12.02.20 it is now valid until 12.06.21
Animal Experiences falling in the November closure:
All animal experiences that were booked (a date was booked) from 05.11.20 - 02.12.20 can be re-booked, and have an extra month added to compensate for the time we were closed.
All vouchers that were valid during this time, but not booked are valid for an extra month to cover the closure period. For example, if you bought an experience on 15.10.20 it is now valid until 15.11.21.
Animal Experiences that include 02.01.21 til 12.04.21 in their validity:
All animal experiences that include the January onwards 2021 closure in their validity will be extended for the period of time we are closed subject to expiry date.
For instance, if you brought an experience as a Christmas present in December 2020, your validity will be extended by the full amount of time we are closed.
If you brought an experience in February 2020 for example, as well as the periods that we were closed previously, your
validity will be extended to include from January until the expiry date, and added on to the original expiry.

Guests with Virgin vouchers:
For those of you that purchased vouchers through Virgin, you must contact Virgin directly to discuss expiry dates as we are unable to deal with any Virgin queries, and it is Virgin that holds your money. This includes experiences that are both confirmed as booked, and those that are not.
