Your Animal Experience Bookings...
As of 21st March 2020, we made the difficult decision temporarily close the centre to visitors. This means that we have also had to postpone all animal experience bookings.
We appreciate that you were looking forward to to your animal experience(s) which unfortunately is unable to take place now due to COVID-19.
We will of course be re-scheduling these experiences for when we are open again and all information on re-booking will be posted here, on this page.
We are currently working on a skeletal team of staff, whilst making sure that our animals still receive the highest levels of care, hence the reason we have set up this page - We are receiving a lot of questions and it is taking us longer than we would like to be able to reply to you all individually, so we would like to reassure you that:
All animal experiences that were booked from 31st March until further notice can be re-booked.
We will be in touch when restrictions have begun to lift, and when we have made sure our own internal policies allow for a period of adjustment for animals and staff.
We are currently dealing with a lot of queries and appreciate your patience should you have any individual questions.
If you purchased through Virgin, please get in touch with them as they are offering six month extensions to vouchers.

For those that have bought experiences, and have confirmation of your chosen slot between the period of 22nd March and the 10.07.20, please head back on to our booking site here: https://hemsleyconservationcentre.setmore.com/ click re-schedule and re-book with the same details you previously booked with.
Purchased Meet the Meerkats or Junior Zookeeper experiences that have not yet been booked in:

Guests with Meet the Meerkats or Junior Zookeeper Virgin vouchers:
For those of you that purchased vouchers through Virgin, you must contact Virgin directly to discuss expiry dates as we are unable to deal with any Virgin queries. This includes experiences that are both confirmed as booked, and those that are not. If you have a valid voucher for either Meet the Meerkats or Junior Zookeeper experiences, please book these in here: https://hemsleyconservationcentre.setmore.com/
Guests with other experiences purchased:
For those of you that have purchased valid experiences that are not either Meet the Meerkats or Junior Zookeeper experiences, we ask that you hold on just a little longer until we have made adjustments that mean the experiences are safe for you, our animals and our staff.
We are working hard here to facilitate everybody's needs in a safe way, in line with current government guidance. Please keep checking this page for updates, and subscribe to our mailing list, which you can do in the footer of each web page.
