•Inhabits lowland tropical dry forests.

•Present in plantations and degraded habitats.

•May take shelter in 3-9 tree holes in their range.

•Females tend to share nets.

•Gestation is approximately 60 days.

•Captured for the local pet trade.

•Medical research also uses this species.

•Some parts of habitat are completely gone.

•Mining also poses a threat.

Lowland tropical dry forests of Madagascar.
