Free admission for the experience participant.

Experiences are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and must be booked and completed before expiry.

The encounter is available for adults and children over the age of 5 years old; however children between the ages of 5-14 years old must be accompanied by a spectating parent or guardian paying normal zoo admission (1 adult per 1 child). Any other guests wishing to watch the experience will need to pay normal centre admission prices.

A maximum of four children may take part in the experience.
