Our Discovery VIP Tour Package lasts for 1hr 30 minutes, in which time you will have a drink of your choice and a selection of sweet pastries before a dedicated keeper introduce you to some of our amazing and endangered animals! You will get a chance to personally meet and feed our animals and learn a little bit more about them!

Your experience will last around 1 hour 30 minutes and includes:

• Free admission into the zoo for the participant.

• Discovery VIP Tour for 1hr 30mins conducted by a personal guide

• Hot or cold drink and sweet pastries to enjoy before your experience.

• Our friendly guides will explain interesting details and anecdotes about our animals and their habitats as well as the technical workings of the zoo, the beginning of our history, as well as development of the centre.

• Meet our lively lemurs.

• Get up close to our porcupines.

• Meet our mob of meerkats.

• Experiences are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and must be booked and completed before expiry.

• The encounter is available for participants over 12 years of age. If the participant is aged 16 or under, there must be an adult present with valid admission. Any other guests wishing to watch the experience will need to pay normal centre admission prices. Any extra guests that would like to be added to breakfast, please contact us beforehand.

• A maximum two people may take part in the experience.

In turn, this allows us to avoid increasing the overall cost of our experiences, so we can continue to offer great value while maintaining high-quality care for our animals and guests.
