After a personal introduction from one of our expert keepers, you’ll be guided to a private area where you’ll spend time with our majestic maned wolves. You’ll have the chance to feed them, learn fascinating facts, and ask any questions you’ve always wanted to know!

Will last around half an hour and includes:

Please note: We only run our Maned Wolf VIP Experience on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Experiences are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and must be booked and completed before expiry.

The encounter is available for all over 16 years old. Any other guests wishing to watch the experience will need to pay normal centre admission prices.

A maximum of two people may take part in the experience, but please note the experience is priced per participant.
Booking Protection for Animal Experiences
We understand that plans can sometimes change. If you think there’s a chance you may need to reschedule your animal experience, we strongly recommend adding our Booking Protection at the time of purchase.
Booking Protection allows you to manage and amend your booking yourself, up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time, quickly and conveniently, without needing to contact our team, meaning a quicker service for you.
All bookings are strictly non-refundable. However, with Booking Protection, you have the flexibility to reschedule your experience if needed within the permitted timeframe.
This approach helps us keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. By offering a simple booking protection option, we can reduce the need for additional administrative staff. In turn, this allows us to avoid increasing the overall cost of our experiences, so we can continue to offer great value while maintaining high-quality care for our animals and guests.

Regrettably certain guests will be unable to take part including people with relevant phobias or known allergies, pregnant women and immunocompromised individuals.
Whilst every effort is made to accommodate those with a disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality and health and safety this cannot always be achieved; please contact us for advice before purchasing.
Please note that this is a feeding experience and is carried out safely, behind a fence.
Dress Code
Please come suitably dressed for your experience. You must wear closed toe shoes such as boots or trainers and trousers or jeans. We may not be able to provide your experience if you do not come suitably dressed.
