Will last around half an hour and includes:

Free admission into the zoo for the participant. (Only select admission tickets for spectators).

The chance to feed our spider monkeys.

The opportunity to learn about these amazing animals and ask our keepers any questions you may have.

Please note you do not enter the enclosure with our spider monkeys.

Experiences are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and must be booked and completed before expiry.

The encounter is available for adults and children over the age of 10 years old. Any other guests wishing to watch the experience will need to pay normal centre admission prices.

A maximum of two people may take part in the experience.

Masks must be worn on this experience, including those that are usually exempt. If you are usually exempt, please contact us before hand.

All bookings are strictly non-refundable. However, with Booking Protection, you have the flexibility to reschedule your experience if needed within the permitted timeframe.
This approach helps us keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. By offering a simple booking protection option, we can reduce the need for additional administrative staff. In turn, this allows us to avoid increasing the overall cost of our experiences, so we can continue to offer great value while maintaining high-quality care for our animals and guests.

Dress Code
Please come suitably dressed for your experience. You must wear closed toe shoes such as boots or trainers and trousers or jeans. We may not be able to provide your experience if you do not come suitably dressed.
