General Entry
Carers: We allow one carer free per full paying adult/child. The disabled person must provide a blue badge or a PIP/DLA letter (issued by the DWP benefit office), supported by photo ID. Without this, a carer will not be permitted free of charge. We do not accept any other form of entitlement.

Students: Students will only be permitted at the student rate when they present a valid and in date student ID card.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.
General Entry + Guided Tour
A one hour tour being guided around the centre by a keeper, stopping at some of our most popular animals.
Minimum booking of 2 adults.
